INGREDIENTS:
- 2½ pounds Fresh Asparagus
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Colonna Coarse Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Spice Farms Ground Black Pepper
- ½ cup Colonna Parmesan Grated Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 F° (200 C°)
- Cut the bottoms of the asparagus stalks. Lay them in a single layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan Grated Cheese and return to the oven for another 2 minute.
